Shipping & Delivery

Where is my order, and how can I track it?
Once your order ships, we will email you the tracking details. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your Order Status.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. We are working to expand to more countries soon!

How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on the item and your location. Please visit our Shipping Policy for more information.

What if the item is damaged or incorrect?
Contact Us at info@greatertoys.com within 30 days of receiving your order with a photo of the item, your order number, and a message. We will make it right. Visit our Return & Refund policy for more details.

Do you offer express shipping? 
Yes, when available. Expedited shipping options will appear at the checkout. We always offer free standard shipping.

Why did my items arrive separately?
Your order may ship from different partner warehouses for faster delivery.

Do I need to return the item to get a refund?

How long do I have to return an item?
Instead of returning items, we offer full refunds for eligible orders made within 30 days of purchase. Return is not required! For eligibility and more information, please visit our Return Policy.

When can I expect my refund to be processed?
Most refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we confirm eligibility.

How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, add your favorite toys to your cart, and proceed to our secure checkout. Follow the steps to enter your shipping information and payment details, then confirm your order.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help! Contact us at info@greatertoys.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, Apple Pay, and many more.

Can I pay for my order in installments?
Yes, you can pay over time for orders over $35 with Shop Pay. At checkout, select the installment option to split your purchase over time. Payment options through Affirm are offered and subject to eligibility. Note: This option may not be available in all states.

Is your site secure?
Yes, our site is secure. You can confirm by clicking on the corner next to our URL on Chrome. You can see a little lock in the corner next to our URL on the Edge browser or the HTTPS that shows that our site is secure, depending on the type of browser being used.

Are your toys safe for kids?
Yes! All our toys meet or exceed U.S. safety standards and are made from non-toxic materials. Age recommendations are listed on each product page.

An item I want is sold out. Will it be back in stock?
