Greater Toys Store Return & Refund Information
We want you to love your order, so if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Instead of returning items, we offer full refunds for eligible orders with no return required and due to the nature of our fulfillment process, we do not offer direct exchanges. However, if there's an issue with your order, we're happy to make it right!
Refund Eligibility
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Send us a clear photo of the item to info@greatertoys.com showing the problem (if your item arrived damaged, defective, or significantly not as described).
- Receive a full refund to your original payment. No returns required!
- You may keep or donate the item.
Why No Returns?
Returns create extra waste and increase carbon emissions. At Greater Toys Store, our refund-only policy helps reduce waste and saves you time. We keep it green by offering refunds without needing to ship items back. If the toy isn’t right, we encourage customers to donate or repurpose items whenever possible.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not issue refunds for:
- Order requests reported after 30 days.
- Items with minor differences in color or size due to screen or manufacturing variations.
- Orders placed with incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
